Twice a year, an Intensive Training Program is organized, encompassing training in jazz dance technique, theater jazz, Fosse style, tap dance, vocals, acting, mock auditions, camera work, and other workshops. These prepare students for the professional artistic market.

The primary goal of each program is to create and record a professional jazz dance video clip.

Each edition of the program features different special guests who conduct workshops in their respective fields. These guests include directors from major theaters in Poland, theater and film directors, producers, talent agents, coaches, and prominent artists from the Polish music scene.
