WHAT IS SPOTLIGHT?
SPOTLIGHT is a professional musical theatre program inspired by the creativity of Bob Fosse art and the tradition of American musical theatre training. Established in 2020, the program offers comprehensive musical theatre training, audition preparation, workshops, creative projects, and more.
In 2025, SPOTLIGHT became the first program in Europe to collaborate officially with the Verdon Fosse Legacy (VFL), organizing the first-ever FOSSE workshops on the continent. Since its inception, the program has worked alongside icons of the global musical theatre scene, including James Kinney and Jackie Aitken, providing students with access to world-class expertise and mentorship.
With a focus on developing triple-threat performers, SPOTLIGHT combines technique, performance skills, and artistic expression to prepare dancers, actors, and singers for the highest levels of musical theatre.
LONG - TERM GOAL OR DREAMS?
The goal and simultaneously the dream is to create a new dimension of the musical stage in Poland, based on impeccable jazz technique and the class and elegance of the conservative Broadway scene from the last century. It would bring together, in the manner of New York musical stages, only the best artists with professional expertise in dance, vocals, and acting.
